Homonyms 

The English tongue,
Is best learned young.

If one on sound alone relies,
I deeply sympathize.

In a library
Talking aloud
Is not allowed.

The upper berth
Is a bad place
To give birth.

It is too late
The vows to alter
At the altar.

To play chords,
One needs,
Several cords.

To make bread
You need,
To knead the dough.

A knight is a knight,
Whether it is day,
Or night.

Which lady,
Was the witch?

A nurse,
Should be patient, 
With her patient.

I hope this verse
Incites
Insight.
